I heard from some schools I was talking with that I need a PU letter.

They asked me to get this from another source, but from what I can tell online, the school should provide the PU letter. Maybe it's just a language barrier issue.

Do all schools have the ability to issue a PU letter?

Life is no fun here (in the US). Working my ass off. Can't save much. I've heard that I can do better being an English teacher.
